1.RFQ

Please provide folowing data when requesting for quotation,and our quotation team will offer a reasonable quotation within 3days.

Data requied:2D(dwg/dxf/pdf)&3D(stp/igs/x_t)part drawing,requirment on cavity number,plastic,mould life,surface finish.Please tell us an appointed steel material.If no,we will choose a suitable type based on your requirement on mould life.

2.For RFQ,our tachnical engineer team can support technical analysis,includes Porduct issue,mould design.

3.Order

When you are satisfied withe our quotation and facility, we can sign contract for cooperation.You can either send PO via email or facsimile.

4.Project Management

A professional English-speaking project engineer will be assigned to follow up the project with you, upon the recipt of PO from you.

Detailed project managing procedure as follows:

a.Firstly a series of engineering analysis will be carried out to your part drawing,including part&mould structure analysis and Moldflow analysis ete..Through analysis we can discover the disfigurement on part design, and propose on imprvement,or send modified drawing for your confirmation.

b.the we will start 2D mould layout design.Normally it takes 2-5 days tocomplete,and we will have on day to have an inner design checking and improving before sending the mould layout to you.

c.We will modify the mould layout after receiveing your comments.till your approval on the final design.

d.We will start ordering steel and mould base and start full 3d mould design upon your confirmation lettere on our mould design.

e.Normally it takes 3-7 days to complete the 3D mould design.If you meed to reviewwe can send the 3D file to you after design frinished.

f.After completing 3d mould desing.CNC programming will be followed immediately,and all the 3D component drawings will be transformed to 2D drawings with full martk of dimensions.Our tooling staff will carry on machining according to 2D component drawings.

g.The project engineer will send you a timing plan of the machining two days after our approval on our mould design,and form them a weekly report with live pictures will be sent every monday.

h.We will record the molding condition of the first trial,tack pictures and video of the process.After the first trial,we will send you samples,meanwhile a inspection report will be provided within 5 days.

i. After the first trial, our mould engineer will have a first mould checking according to the approved mould drawing.At the same time,we will improve the mould according to our inner review and any feedback from you. Latest samples and inspection report out of the second trial will be sent to you for approval.

j. If any specific surface finish is required,upon your approval on the sample ,we will arrange to carry out mirror polishing or texture,After wards,new samples will be sent to you for viewing and approval.

k. Upon receiving your final confirmation on the samples,1 if the mould is going to stay in our workshop for further production,we will preserve it and wait for your production order.2 if the mould is going to be exported,we will have final mould checking according to the mould drawing.The mould will be running 4-7 hours without stop after final mould checking,in order to make sure a successful running for future production.

l.To save your time of cleaning the mould after it arrives at your side,we apply W40 clolorless antirust oil on the mould surface,and the mould will be vacuum-packed for transportation.

m.Following dcumentation will be provided together with mould shipment:material certificate of core/cavity and mould base ,heat treatment report;2Dmould drawing in A2 printing;one cd with all 2D and 3d data; mouldingcondition report&samples inspection reports form final mould trial.

n.The mold runing series production in our workshop.We'll be according to your request of production.and carry out production follow at ISO9001 quality system strictly.
