Product Note:
Differ in substance from stainless steel and carbon steel, stainless steel has good ductility, and the improper use of lead can not unscrew the screw and nut with. Commonly known as "locked" or "killed".
To improve the lock from the following aspects to consider:
A. Correct choice of product:
(1) before use to confirm whether the mechanical properties of products can meet the requirements (such as the tensile strength of the bolts and nuts safe load);
(2) the length of the selection of the bolt should be appropriate to tighten the exposed nut 1-2 teeth away from the subject.
Two. Reduce the friction coefficient:
(1) The thread must be kept clean;
(2) prior to use proper lubricant (eg: 40 # oil, butter).
3. Correct method of operation:
(1) nut must be perpendicular to the screw axis of the rotary joint, do not tilt;
(2) tighten the process, the force must be uniform, force should not exceed the safe torque value (with safety torque table);
(3) If possible, choose a torque wrench or socket wrench, avoid the use of a spanner wrench or electric wrench;
(4) must be used under high temperature cooling, and do not use a rapidly rotating, avoid rapid temperature rise in the lock (such as electric wrench, etc.).
4. Safety torque reference table:
